The stretching and asanas have not only made my muscles stronger and more flexible, but they’ve also significantly improved my overall physical condition. As a result, I find that I can do more, I have more power, and it’s truly a game-changer—whether you’re 20, 40, or even 50!
Ultimately, I want to move freely, enjoy life to the fullest, play with my kid, and, yes, even enjoy great intimacy in my relationship. Yoga is the practice I needed to achieve all of these things.

Once you’ve placed your mat, it’s crucial to create an inviting atmosphere that resonates with tranquility. Your yoga space should be a peaceful haven where you can hear only your breath and the sounds of your movements as you flow through your practice. This calming environment allows you to connect deeply with your body and the sensations you experience while doing yoga.
If you’re a beginner—how wonderful! You may want to have a yoga book nearby to reference poses and sequences. However, I encourage you to explore the vast realm of online resources, as they can be incredibly engaging. Watching instructional videos is often much easier and more inspiring. 7:00 AM – Wake Up & Prepare
Wake up and take a moment to stretch in bed.
Enjoy a calming cup of cacao or herbal tea to set a soothing tone for the day.
7:15 AM – Mindful Preparation
Spend a few minutes reflecting on what you’re going to practice.
Consider reading a few pages from a yoga book or watching a short video that inspires you.
7:30 AM – Practice Time (30 minutes) here could be also 10 or 15 minutes, whatever suits you the best
Begin your practice in your designated yoga space. Start by sitting in an easy position, focusing on your breath.
Spend the first few minutes simply breathing deeply and observing your thoughts. This mindful breathing will help clear your mind and ground you in the moment.
8:00 AM – Conclude Your Practice

Furthermore, always remember that mastery doesn’t happen overnight. My first attempt at Downward Facing Dog, for instance, looked quite different than it does now!
